Committees
The Neighborhood Committee Concept was established by the Board in order to conduct neighborhood business more efficiently and effectively. Non-board members will be solicited to fill out these committees; each chaired by a Director. Please contact these committee chairpersons if you would like further information or to volunteer.

Annual Picnic
The Annual Picnic committee is responsible for many functions associated with the event including the following:
- Establishing and organizing the subcommittees to assist in the overall picnic preparations.
- Develop a head count of the number of adults and children attending the picnic.
- Determine the food requirements as to types and quantities, and purchase the meats, breads and condiments, and obtain the grill and accessories for cooking.
- Plan the activity schedules and obtain prizes for participants of adult and children’s games.
Violations
The Violations Committee goal is to keep our neighborhood looking its best and is responsible for monitoring the condition of individual and common area natural property. Specifically, this committee will:
- Ensure that lawn conditions and shrubs are kept up to neighborhood standards as outlined in the bylaws and covenants.
- Expect yards to be maintained at the proper mowing height for the type of grass on the property and that lawns are edged and trimmed to standard.
- Expect that shrubs are trimmed in a manner so as not to appear overgrown and that weeds are irradicated in shrub beds.
Additionally, areas surrounding yards will be monitored so that they are maintained in a condition that satisfies the neighborhood bylaws and covenants.
Welcoming Committee
The welcoming committee was recently established to let our new neighbors moving into this subdivision know that they have chosen a great place to live. We have put together a Welcome Packet containing information that will help our new neighbors with any questions they may have concerning their new residence. New Residents seeking information or volunteers to serve on the committee please, give Patrick Sarsfield a call at 654-6388.
